GH Recap: More Sasha Saving To Do
The success of the long-running soap opera has had one sister serial, one spinoff in the United States, and two primetime spinoffs in the United States and the United Kingdom. Encore episodes were shown every weeknight on the former cable channel Soapnet, with a marathon on Saturday and classic episodes at 4 a.m. General Hospital became the oldest American soap opera on September 17, 2010, following the final broadcast of CBS's As the World Turns. Charlotte is taken to a room and Austin works on her.
Charlotte turns around with the flashlight in her hand, which is misinterpreted by Anna as a gun. She was also happy to learn that she had a brother, Rocco. Charlotte and Rocco grew close, and Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her stepfather, Dante.
Their talk ends up turning to Tracy, and Brook Lynn says she and her Granny finally had it out over stealing Deception. She made her see that her dream is to make music, and to accept Deception would feel like she’s accepting she doesn’t have what it takes. She feels bad that her grandma stole Deception from Sasha, Lucy and Maxie. Chavez is the latest actor on the soap to leave, as Roger Howarth was fired after 11 years last November. Meanwhile, there have been numerous temporary casting replacements this season, but luckily it usually hasn't lasted long. Of course, with a show airing as long as General Hospital, rotating cast members isn't unusual, but it is still hard when it happens.
Charlotte sneaks away from the group and changes her costume. Meanwhile, Jake, Danny and Georgie realize she is missing. Jake thinks he sees Charlotte in her new costume and sends Danny and Georgie off in the other direction while he attempts to follow her. Danny and Georgie head back to Valentin and tell him what's going on.
When she learns he’s still in the office, she says she’s coming over and has something for him to see. Georgie and Danny find Valentin and tell him Charlotte slipped off, and Jake has gone looking for her. Danny explains Jake thought he saw her, but it was someone dressed up like the Hermit. Georgie says Jake told them that was supposed to be her original costume.
It has now been confirmed that Amelie McLain is now playing the role of Valentin and Lulu's daughter. In the story, Charlotte and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) visit Lulu (last played by Emme Rylan) at the rehabilitation facility where she’s been placed while remaining in a coma. During thier visit, Charlotte shared updates on what’s happening in Port Charles with her mother, hoping to inspire Lulu to wake up.
On Halloween 2023, Charlotte meets up with Jake, his brother, Danny, and Georgie Spinelli. The group plans to head out to the Harbor Vista neighborhood to trick-or-treat on their own. Valentin drives them to the neighborhood and gives them strict instructions before sending them off. The group walks around but it's already late, so many already houses were out of candy and started giving out fruit or money instead. On January 19, 2017, after Charlotte runs off, Lulu goes after her and finds out that she misses Claudette so Lulu tells her, against Valentin's wishes, that she is her real mommy.

Well, although they are great, then you won’t go in unless you are a member. This house has a sun deck spot, and it even enjoys the presence of an incredible 40 feet swimming pool. You will find it in the east river, and they have it tucked in between Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. People like this restaurant just because it delivers the best indoor and outdoor experience. This is the space you want to be at as you enjoy cocktails and wines as well as the spirits.
Powerhouse Arena
Enjoy a hot chocolate or a truffle as you soak in the aroma of this stellar chocolate shop and factory. Pick up cakes, loaves of bread, and other treats at the notable Almondine. If you are a new yorker, then you already know how they love lobsters of different kinds. If you like to check out the seafood, you will find this restaurant to be a great space to go. I like the lemons restaurant on the 6th floor where you can have the perfect view of the skyline at the very top. It will surprise you then that you can view the skyline when you’re in the restaurant.

DUMBO is also home to the smaller Melville House Bookstore at 46 John Street, which is attached to its own publishing office. While it may be smaller than Powerhouse Arena, Melville House has published a variety of independent literature from local and international writers since its inception in 2008.
You don't need to have kids in tow to enjoy a spin on this restored 1922 carousel, which includes 48 detailed horses and two elaborate chariots. Of course, the kids will love it, and it's a must-do activity if you are on a family vacation. For a unique experience on the East River, head to New York City's only floating concert hall, Bargemusic, to listen to a classical music concert on an old barge that was built in 1899.

In the spring through the fall, the famed Brooklyn Flea is housed under the arches of the Manhattan Bridge on Sundays. With waterfront views of the Manhattan Skyline, Cecconi’s Dumbo is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open for dinner, as well as Friday lunch, and weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Located in Brooklyn Bridge Park, this elegant and upscale restaurant serves high end cuisine and is open seven days a week. For ice cream with a view and bit of history, head to the Ample Hills Creamery, located in a 1920s fireboat house at Fulton Ferry Landing. Sit inside the charming ice cream parlor or lounge outside and take in the breathtaking views from Fulton Ferry Landing, which is also home to a ferry terminal and Bargemusic.
It’s one of the best spots to go to get pizza when you are in the neighborhood. You will find this restaurant on the 22nd floor of chef Andrews NoHo group. It will give you the perfect view from the top of the building on the William vale of Williamsburg. The good thing is that they only cook fresh seafood out of the water directly.
Em Vietnamese Bistro is known for its noodle soups, but that’s just one of the draws. The full-service restaurant serves excellent Vietnamese crepes, buttered clams, black pepper shaking beef, soft shell crab curry, and beef shank stew. This anchor neighborhood restaurant ushered in farm-to-table back in 2008, founded by Freeman alums, husband and wife duo, Sam Buffa and Jean Adamson. Contemporary place for wood-fired Med & Middle Eastern fare with wine, cocktails & river views. With a DJ spinning some tunes, and the movies typically begin at sundown. For dinner, pack a picnic or get some grub from the Dekalb Market outpost located at the event.
Competitor Grimaldi’s sits a few doors away, though the restaurant is now a national chain. We can’t have a complete list without really mentioning this restaurant. This is a great restaurant that’s in dumbo, and it has the perfect waterfront view.
The food menu — grilled prawns, short rib ragu — is straightforward with a dozen or so wines available by the glass. Tucked under Brooklyn Bridge will give you a breathtaking experience.
